YOU are the only one that can take responsibility in learning the tools that may one day save your life.

Since its inception, our Women’s Self Defense Program has become hugely successful because we have helped hundreds of women become more confident in their ability to protect themselves.

Our 8 hour program will give you solid fundamental self defense skills that you can build upon. Don’t be fooled into believing that you can learn effective self defense skills in a 2 hour workshop. It takes hard work and continued training to become skilled enough to be able to effectively deliver devastating and possibly lifesaving Self Defense techniques.

Our skilled and qualified Instructors will teach you Awareness Skills, establish and set Boundaries, and most importantly, how to engage in Combat by learning effective self defense skills in a safe & comfortable environment. Your mind and body will be challenged with a variety of effective self defense drills and training techniques.

Class Days & Times: 8 Sundays, 11:00 am - 12:00 noon
Start Date: Sunday, January 10, 2016
End Date: Sunday, March 6, 2016
Registration Cost: $99 + GST

2) In person at the school - 2989 Pembina Hwy, during business hours. We accept Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.
3) By Mail. Print out and complete the downloadable registration form and mail it in with payment.

Womens Kung Fu 2
Participants, enjoy the opportunity to learn safe punching and kicking techniques, and practice these drills on heavy bags & focus mitts.
Participants also build endurance, and strength thru our 20-20-20 method of training which includes weights, jump ropes and other various equipment.
This type of training is not found in the popular Tae Bo or Tae Box programs found at most of the local Gyms.
